Nếu là fan của dòng game Worm, bạn sẽ quá ngạc nhiên khi biết rằng Ultimate Mayhem chỉ là bản game được vá lại từ Worms 3D và Worms 4: Mayhem, tất nhiên, là với hình ảnh đồ họa đã được HD hóa.
Khi vào game, người chơi sẽ được thưởng thức tất cả những nội dung ở các bản game nói trên, kèm theo các màn chơi đơn, nhưng câu đố và nhiều khả năng tùy chọn mới. Ông John Dennis ở hãng Team 17 cho biết Ultimate Mayhem sẽ mang lại những trải nghiệm tuyệt vời nhất trong số những bản Worms 3D, với 60 màn chơi đơn, 12 chủ đề đồ họa sinh động, bạn sẽ được chơi online cùng 3 người bạn khác của mình và sử dụng 38 loại vũ khí khác nhau.
